Terms, refunds and privacy

Who runs this service
Modelo 720 Guide is run by a sole trader (autónomo) registered in Spain:
- Name: [FULL LEGAL NAME]
- Tax number (NIF): [NIF]
- Address: [STREET, POSTCODE, TOWN, SPAIN]
- Email: [CONTACT EMAIL]
"We" and "us" below mean this person. "You" means the person buying or using the service.
What the service is, and what it is not
Modelo 720 Guide works out the figures that Spain's Modelo 720 asks for and shows you, box by box, what to type into your own form on the tax agency (AEAT) website, in English with the official Spanish label beside each box. It also offers a free check of whether you need to file at all.
The service does not file the form. It does not give tax advice. It does not represent you before the AEAT or any other authority. You submit the form yourself, in your own AEAT account, with your own Cl@ve or digital certificate. We never hold your credentials and we never act on your behalf.
The rules the service applies are those published by the AEAT at the date shown above. Tax law changes. The service is not a substitute for advice from a tax adviser who knows your situation, and the result you get is only as good as the information you enter.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter, for checking the walkthrough against your own records, for submitting the form, and for meeting the filing deadline of 31 March. Penalties for late or incorrect filing are between you and the AEAT.
The pre-order
The price is €49, including Spanish VAT. Payment is taken by Stripe. You receive a receipt by email.
One pre-order buys one walkthrough for one declaration covering assets held at 31 December 2026, to be filed between 1 January and 31 March 2027. You can enter your data, review the figures and read the walkthrough as often as you like for 12 months after payment. After that your data is deleted.
The walkthrough opens on 2 January 2027. If it is not live by that date, we refund every pre-order in full within 14 days, without you having to ask.
Refunds and your right to withdraw
You get a full refund at any time before you open your walkthrough. Email us from the address you paid with and we refund to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 working days.
As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because the walkthrough is digital content, when you choose to open it you ask us to deliver it straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once it has been delivered. Our own refund promise above is wider than this legal minimum, and it ends at the same point: when you open the walkthrough.
If the walkthrough is wrong because of a mistake in our rules or our arithmetic, tell us and we will fix it. If we cannot, we refund you even after you have opened it. This does not cover figures you entered incorrectly.
Liability
Our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for penalties, interest or other losses that result from the data you entered, from a late submission, or from a change in the law after the date shown above. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that protects you as a consumer.
Privacy
The free check does not store your answers. They are used to show you a result and discarded at once, and they are not written to our logs. To limit abuse, our server keeps a count of requests from your connection for one hour, and ordinary server logs record IP addresses for a short time.
When you pre-order, Stripe collects your email address and your payment details. We receive your email address and the receipt. We use them to give you access to the walkthrough when it opens, to send you the emails about your order described above, and to keep the accounting records Spanish law requires. We do not use them for marketing and we do not pass them to anyone else.
We use no analytics and set no cookies beyond the one the site needs to work. The service is hosted in the European Union.
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD). Email the address above. Before the walkthrough opens we will publish a fuller privacy policy covering the data you enter about your assets.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the consumer protections of that country, and you can use its consumer complaint channels.
If we change these terms we update the date at the top. If a change affects a pre-order you have already placed, we email you about it before it takes effect.
